This Privacy Policy explains how 5th & 7th, LLC (“5th & 7th”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the 5th & 7th mobile app and related services (the “Service”).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not run third-party ads in the app.

Information you provide

• Account information: display name and login information such as phone number or email address.
• Birth information: birth date, birth location, and (if provided) birth time, used to calculate Zodiac placements for matching.
• Content you share: messages and any content you send through the Service, such as photos, videos, audio, files, and locations.
• Support and safety: information you provide when you contact us or submit reports (for example, reports of abuse or harassment).

Information collected automatically

• Device and app information: device type, operating system version, app version, and identifiers needed to operate the Service.
• Usage and diagnostics: performance data and crash logs to maintain and improve the Service.
• Approximate location: used to show distance and help find nearby matches. We do not display your precise location to other users.

• Provide and operate the Service, including matching, messaging, and calling.
• Show distance and apply your preferences (such as age and distance).
• Prevent abuse, spam, harassment, and fraud; enforce our policies.
• Troubleshoot, fix bugs, and improve the Service.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users and the Service.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information in the following situations:

• Service providers: vendors that help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, and customer support). They may access information only to perform services for us and are required to protect it.
• Legal and safety: when we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, the public, or the Service.
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and security controls designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service does not currently provide end-to-end encryption. This enables product features such as deleting a conversation for both participants.

We retain information as long as necessary to provide the Service and for legitimate purposes such as safety, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

If you delete content or your account, we will take steps to delete associated information from our active systems. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or logs, and some information may be retained as required by law or for safety and security purposes.

• Block and report: you can block and report users in the app.
• Permissions: you can control device permissions (location, photos, microphone, etc.) in your phone settings.
• Account deletion: you can request deletion of your account through the app (if available) or by contacting us.

The Service is intended for users aged 16 and older. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from someone under 13, we will delete it.

If you use the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy and update the effective date above.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• You will not harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others.
• You will not attempt to identify another user’s real-world identity or share private information.
• You will not upload or share content that is illegal or exploitative.
• You will not attempt to access, probe, or interfere with the Service or its systems.

You can block and report users in the app. We may investigate reports and take action, including removing content or accounts, to enforce these Terms and protect users and the Service.

You are responsible for the content you send or post through the Service. You grant us a limited license to host and transmit content solely to operate and provide the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect users or the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee matches, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5th & 7th will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version and updating the effective date above.
